Tim Lynch
Director of Sponsorship and Conservation of the National Organisation of Beaters and Pickers Up

I started up my landscape design practice in 1985 following 10 years in a variety of horticultural and arboriculture jobs. Since that time I have undertaken a variety of commercial and private projects not only in the UK but in Europe, South Africa and Australia. Predominantly working in the retirement and nursing home sector my practice of five designers plus admin support in the form of my loving wife Gill, is currently commissioned on a number of large private estates throughout the United Kingdom.

Gill’s brother in law introduced me to the world of shooting back in 1998 and having been a semi anti, I was shown, informed, educated and fully converted.

Currently part of the Wolfhall shoot, advising on environmental matters plus two other shoots and selected bought days. So infact from October to January I go into semi retired mode.

I have recently started up a management facility company called Garden Estate Management which helps and advices companies and private individuals on the management of the private garden or estate to maximize there grounds to meet the lifestyle.

Currently training two dogs (A Lab and a Clumber spaniel called Pinot and
Grigio!) and has introduced shooting and conservation to his two sons Joshua and Marcus.

Thanks

Tim
